Main Hall
The main hall is a light, airy and flexible space, capable of hosting larger numbers of people, with tables and chairs available to use.
The main hall is ideal for:
- business meetings and training
- kids parties
- family celebrations and funeral parties
- presentations and exhibitions
- dance and fitness activities
- markets
This is our largest indoor space, with the original beams letting the character of the Victorian building shine through. It also has a wooden tiled floor which has recently been restored, and helps to add a warm and friendly atmosphere to your event or activity.

The Hub
The Hub is a light and flexible training, working and meeting space. It has free WiFi access, with large flat-screen monitor to connect to a laptop. Tables and chairs are available to configure the seating layout as you wish. This space is also ideal for hybrid business meetings and you can hire our Owl Pro conference projector.

The Art Room
The Art room is a light, spacious, flexible activity room. Typically used by creative and community groups including lunch clubs. The Art room is also great for training events. It has its own kitchenette and access to the garden.

Outside Space
We have a large outside space to the rear of the building. This is an enclosed space, accessible only via the centre itself. The enclosed outdoor games pitch is suitable for five-a-side football, netball and basketball. There is also a garden which is a wonderful and sunny space during the warmer months, and is an ideal setting to host a children’s party or a barbecue.

Accessibility
Accessibility is very important to us; we want everyone to be able to use and enjoy the building which is all on one level. You will find the following accessibility accommodations at the centre:
- Entrances – use power assisted doors.
- Toilets – male, female and non-gender specific toilets with power assisted door opening, grab rails, and pull-cord alarm. Baby changing and nappy disposal facilities are also available.
- Stairs – the building is all on one level. There is one step down to the women’s toilets. There is one step up to the fire exit in the meeting room off the reception area. An “Evac+chair” is provided in this location in case of emergency.
- Ramps – permanent wheelchair ramps are in place for wheelchair users who wish to enter the garden / outdoor pitch area to the rear through all the rear doors (which are also fire exits).
- Door width – internal doors are wide enough for standard wheelchairs / mobility scooters.
